With the aim of continuing to inspire new music making opportunities for artists, Strummerville ran our first ever festival stage at Glastonbury Festival 2008. The STRUMMERVILLE BANDSTAND was an open air stage, fully kitted out with instruments and backing musicians which offered anyone the chance to rock up and play in front of a festival audience.

As well as open mic slots, the stage showcased some of the UK’s best unsigned acts, including bands from our DIY site, and also featured some very special guest slots from friends of Strummerville.
